I started it back in 2009 as a way to share some of my ideas with staff I was working with at my local school and since then it has taken on a life of it's own with over a million teachers stopping by in the last 12 months from all corners of the globe.
for what it's worth I have been teaching for over a decade now and have a masters degree in IT Education and work with numerous schools.
We now have over 1000 articles about tech, tools and toys for teaching alongside even more resources, lesson ideas and printables. Every bit of it is free and it always will be.

I get a massive amount of emails from people looking to guest post on this site due to its domain authority. I haven’t been open to this in the past but as life gets busier for me I am now prepared to entertain people who write great original content about education.
You will only be considered if you follow these instructions to the letter.
Your post must be 100 percent original. We scan and check everything for originality and plagiarism so don’t waste both our time trying to get around this.
You can include a single hyperlink to quality website. ( no porn, gambling, conspiracy theory garbage or direct selling to a product.)
Your article must be over 2000 words in length. That’s the minimum.
Your article must be directly related to elementary / high school and college teaching and learning. An article on how to improve your golf swing, or best credit cards / raincoats / ??? for Collège students is not what we do and will never be accepted. Just take two minutes to see what exists here and you will quickly get a sense that we are not an advertising billboard for garbage.
Finally if you are trying to sell something and it is plainly evident I don’t want it on my site. If you are just trying to build awareness, or an audience to your own blog or website I am happy to work with you and boost your SEO profile.
